Greetings from Chef Baini & Co.! Once again the Three Musketeers arrive to demonstrate how to get things done! Touche'! Ala J'est!

It was another exiciting day  here at the Bakery. Class was in two sessions; First: To make the cookie, and second: to apply the decorations according to your own unique stylized design.

Baking the cookies was the easy part! That quickly done, on we go to decorate them....

Hard and work, concentrate and focus...
