Today's the first class for the chocolate modeling.And it turned out to be quite a success!
Alhamdullillah! Have a look.....
Following some comments by her students, Chef Baini has installed
teaching tables at her home. It makes for more practical teaching!
The process is the same as fondant....well, almost. Chocolate needs more gingerly
hands in handling....and of course, one must be mindful of the ambient temperature...
