Salam, friends!
Once again, Chef Baini is back with another class of Cupcake Hantaran II here at
the Bagus Bakery at Shah Alam.
Today's class was about new flower-making techniques, with particular
emphasis on the flowers themselves.
You may have noticed that the cupcakes are almost overwhelmed by
the sheer size of the flowers.
Chef Baini wanted to build on the skills of her students, by teaching them
advanced flower craft. Had this class been in the Sixties, you might say that its
FLOWER POWER all over!
Maybe some of the students were born in the Sixties,
but flowers never go out of fashion!
Perhaps that's why this class is so popular.
