Today Chef Baini's blog is on a special request for a
FANCY COOKIES class...It seems that a few people
missed out on the fancy cookies class the last time
and wanted in on it no matter what!
The Babams thinks he understands why the fancy cookies
class gets lots of encores....
First:
The cookies are very nice to eat and simple to make...
(You've probably guessed that anyone
married to a chef is a champion eater)
Second:
They are quick and easy to do....
And third:
You don't have to make the same cookie
twice! It's like your personal edible
canvas and the icing is the palette!
If you are a beginner, you may seriously want to
consider learning fancy cookies....
It has all the basic icing laying skills requirements..
The fancy cookies is a swell introduction to icing....
Ramadhan is a few days away...
Why not do something different this year
by giving fancy raya cookies instead
of the normal hari raya cookies?
Now there's a thought to
keep you awake for a few nights!
